From our pick-up it went wrong. For 2 days our Consultant kept sending us the same e-mail when I asked for its location. "I am checking on it". With computer maintenance as well as cell phones it took going over his head to his Supervisor to determine that the load was still at the warehouse.

So, we were promised that it would be delivered (a day late) no later than 8:00am. Wrong! it was 4 hours late.

Once delivered, we found our Piano leg at a strange angle, our couch has a leg ripped out (we asked them not to remove the led) as well as a cushion pulled of its velcro holder (which we asked them not to remove as well,).

We asked before the move if they would pick up the empty boxes and advise of course but, only once. After that there will be a charge. They seemed to forget about this discussion. The same guy that could not find our load in two days.

The company should not be trusted, in my opinion.

-Didn't give me all the information needed to submit a claim. We will see if I get a response from my claim when I didn't know I needed to save everything.

-All items were initially marked as soiled, scratched, faded, dented (including a few things that had just been purchased for the new house). Hoping they will come out when they question my claim and see how some of these soiled, scratched & dented items look like they are brand new (including some very old items that are in marvelous shape).

-At the destination they made no effort and fought me on several things. They told me they couldn't take our mattress to the 2nd floor without ruining it. I signed off on it, guess what not a scratch. They did not want to put together any of the furniture that had been disassembled at our old house (fridge, antique lawyers bookcase, bookshelves, dressers, couch). Then they told me they would arrange to have someone come out to put together the fridge the next day.

Despite being spoken to somewhat rudely (& patronizingly) on the
phone, I arranged for a time for the free estimate. They didn't
show up and never called to explain why. I am still waiting....
This was with the Lafayette office in West Henrietta.

We utilized Atlas van lines in NY City and the move went very well. Only down side if this really is the cost but I would rather spend a few extra bucks than have to deal with a horror story.

I finally finalized my claim with Atlas Van Lines, Inc. after having been ignored for months with no phone calls being returned and lack of response to e-mails. They sent out a claims person who made a very cursory inspection of my damaged goods then summarily rejected the expensive and stolen items.

It was over 3 months with no dialogue with the claims adjuster so I initiated legal actions.

Surprise that the company was not registered to even legally operate in either State under the names it provided me.

Finally reached an attorney for this company who was able to negotiate a fast but less than actual damages settlement so I could replace some of the items by Christmas.

No effort was made to fix or repair anything. The strategy here seems to be to ignore the customer until they settle for a lesser amount.

This is our second move with Atlas van lines and each time we have been very pleased with the service provided. The men arrive in uniform and are professional and courteous in their duties.

I know we could probably save a few bucks with a discount moving company but I would rather have peace of mind.

I used Atlas Van Lines, Inc to make a move from Nevada to Washington. The move was paid by my employer. Atlas subcontracted to Alexanders Mobility Services. The was the WORST move ever. From the time of contact the salesman estimated the weight, I added 1,000 pounds to that estimate of 17,000 then I shipped 2,000 myself to ensure I stayed under the 18,000. I still ran over by 600 pounds because the shipper padded every non-breakable item they could with reams of paper. Yet fragile items like crystal was ignored and used as the base for stacks of boxes. The result was predictable. The salesman tells you to but the packers lunch so you will be taken care of. This is just another way to extract more payment for their services. The $60 didnt help at all. From the time the driver arrived he began telling us that everything we had been told by the salesperson and coordinator was wrong, the inventory isnt important and we wont be able to read it anyway, none of the terms previously stated apply and we need to follow his lead. The driver helped himself to items in our refrigerator. When delivered, the driver initially refused to unpack, even though this had been paid for. They initially refused to make our now damaged refrigerator even marginally usable. After complaining about the unpacking they agreed to come back in the morning. They did return but walked out when the decided they had done enough, leaving many boxes unpacked. My good, clean and pressed clothes had been apparently thrown on the floor and soiled then packed in an unmarked dish box. The used boxes of mine they used were not clearly marked so unpacking them was a nightmare and the carrier refused to unpack them. A manager eventually intervened and assisted in getting these unpacked. A supply of Prescription drugs not needed during the move had been left for packing and were either lost or stolen requiring a hospital ER visit at $150 to replace them. The list of damages are 2 pages long and the carrier refuses to respond to any inquiries. Atlas Van Lines attempted to intervene and even they failed to complete any of the actions. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for some communication that would resolve the many issues and havent heard a word from Alexanders. Atlas failed to satisfactorily resolve any of my complaints.

My husband's company recommended Atlas Van Lines to us when he transferred jobs from Utah and we unfortunately picked them.

They promised delivery 2.5 weeks after picking it up. That was supposed to be last Wednesday. When we called on Tuesday to confirm delivery, they told us, they had not even left Utah. So delivery was pushed by 10 days.

There was nothing to be done, so we kept quiet. This week, when we called to confirm delivery, they tell us Oops - wait another week WTF?! We got really upset and so we said they need to compensate us for putting us through this nonsense. And we're not stupid. So we insisted that they tell us in writing how much compensation they will give us.

You won't believe how much crap we're going through just to get them to commit to the compensation in writing.

We're still waiting for our furniture to be delivered and given their performance, we're worried about getting all our stuff and in good condition.

I would steer 3000 miles away from them.

7.23.2011. We are in the midst of a terrible experience with Atlas Movers. They were friendly enough on the front end and picked up our worldly possessions right on time. They gave us the usual 7-day window for delivery, at 27-34 days after pickup. This seemed like more than enough time to get this together and our stuff delivered on time.

Unfortunately, we are currently 3 days past the window for delivery, with an estimated date of delivery of Aug 1 (11 days late).

When talking with customer service, they have been completely unhelpful, uninformed and less than sympathetic. They're only reply for their ineptitude is that "it's a busy time of the year". Any well-run business could have anticipated this delay and saved their customers multiple weeks in an empty home with their property held by unreliable pirates. Atlas's impotent suggestion that we file a "claim" is not helpful in resolving this major inconvenience.

Do yourself a favor, and choose another mover.

When my husband and I moved cross country from Virginia to California several years ago, we used Atlas Van Lines and were very pleased with the service. We ended up using them again when we moved to our new house a year later, and that was also a positive experience. After reading some of the horror stories, I thought I should take some time and relate my own experience with two different agents of Atlas Van Lines.

Our move from NoVA to SoCA was paid for by my husbands company, and was part of an arrangement with the relocation company hired to handle all the details. We let the relo company know when we would be moving, and they had a representative from the moving company get in touch with us. The woman was very pleasant and set up an appointment to come and assess how long it would take for packing and what special things would be needed.

The rep talked to me about what would be going and what wouldnt. She also wrote down things that would need special packing materials and estimated the amount of time it would take for the packers to do their job. She allowed two days for packing and the third day they would load everything, cars included, and drive it away. I knew it probably wouldnt take two days, but figured it was better to have the extra time should we need it. The woman was professional yet friendly, and had the good grace to compliment some of our furniture.

On the allotted day, three men arrived and got right to work. They put down thick drop cloths over the front door threshold leading into the foyer and taped down large pieces of cardboard over the rest of the slate tile floor to protect it from scratches and gouges. They also laid down cardboard on the highly traveled areas of carpet.

The supervisor seemed quite happy as he surveyed our rooms, stating that this job would only take two days and not the allowed for three. A little later, more men arrived and there were probably about five working in the house. Another man with carpentry supplies showed up at some point and got busy in the garage, making crating for our marble topped table and a marble pastry board.

They did a great job, packing up everything carefully in lots of paper, even if it was some old toothbrushes and a sock with holes in it. My husband and I had tried to do a lot of cleaning, giving away dishes, furniture and lawn supplies. We even hired some guys to haul a lot of useless stuff off to the dump. Yet we still ended up with odds and ends in cabinets and closets. The packers did ask me if they could throw away some empty cardboard toilet paper tubes, so they must have recognized something as garbage.

All the packing was finished on the first day, and the loading took place on the next. Our cars were driven into the van at some point during the loading process, since there was some stuff packed around them. We got to meet the driver and talked to him about how long it would take and when we would get to see our cars. We were moving into an apartment for a month until we could find housing, so our furniture would be going into storage, but we would get our cars. I tried to slip the driver a few extra bucks so that he could stop off at the Grand Canyon. Our sofa had never gotten to see it! Alas, no special tours for the Willoughby couch.

Before the truck left, the move supervisor walked through the house with us to make sure that everything left in the house was what we wanted left behind. Then they locked the doors and drove away with almost everything we owned in the world. Talk about an act of faith!

We received our cars about a week later while at our temporary home in California. Once we had secured a rental home, we called and arranged for the rest of our things to be delivered. The crew on this end of things was much smaller a supervisor type guy and two others. One of them was rather loquacious while the other was downright laconic. The first guy seemed to take great pleasure in zinging the quiet one with his wonderful (note sarcasm here) sense of humor. The talkative guy also complained about the number of boxes of books we had as he carried them upstairs to what would be our library.

After the movers had gotten everything in the house and the beds and dresser set up, they went through the paperwork with us so that we could make sure we had all the boxes. They were all numbered and they were checking them off as they brought them in. I had a hard time following it all, but the supervisor seemed on the ball and even went in search of one numbered box that wasnt checked off on the list. We signed it all, gave the tip and said good-bye. Oh, I should add that the packers were supposed to unpack as well, but they told us that if they did it, all they would do is take the stuff out and leave it where it was. We could unpack at our leisure and call them to come pick up the empty boxes later. That is what we chose to do.

Damages
We had a big, round fish type bowl that was broken in the trip. The supervisor was going to fill out a claim form, but we didnt bother since it wasnt that important to us, having been left behind by my husbands first wife when she moved out. The biggest problem came when one of the guys was a bit hasty in screwing our bureau mirror onto the wooden frame. The screw holes came through the wood and were visible from the front. We called about that and the person my husband talked to arranged to have a representative come out. The man they sent was able to repair the mirror so well that I couldnt tell where the holes had been. We also had an antique footlocker style trunk, and one of the leather strap handles was pulled out on one end. Fortunately, the repairman was able to fix that too.

We were very lucky in suffering little damage to our things, but our friends who moved out earlier with the same company were not quite as fortunate. They had a damaged china hutch that was a bit of an antique (and a little on the flimsy side) which was never fixed to their satisfaction; nor did they receive financial compensation.

Rating for Alexander: 5 stars
Punctuality: A
Packing and Loading time: A
Service: A
Damages: minimal
Ease of Claim filing: A
Cost: roughly $17,000 plus tip (this number came from a W-2, so there might be other moving expenses rolled in)

Lido Van Lines

Because we liked the service we received with Atlas, we decided to try them again when we moved to our new home a year later. We decided to use Lido Van Lines this time because they were based in a nearby city. Impressed with professional packing, we arranged to have this company pack us up also. The crew that was sent didnt seem quite as well organized as the one in our cross country move. There were only three of them, and they seemed confident in their ability to pack, move and unload all in one day. My husband and I werent so sure. Fortunately, we had quite a bit still in boxes from the last move.

They showed up a little past the time they said they would (8 a.m.), but got quickly to work. I had a carload of delicate stuff I wanted to drive over, so I did that after they were well into their packing leaving my husband behind to oversee the process. I stayed in the new house for a bit, then took my nephew out to lunch. I was really hoping that they would be over with the van to start the unloading by early afternoon, but it was closer to dinner time. After their break, they started bringing in all the things. The movers had started out as rather jocular fellows, but seemed a little bit stressed out by the time they had been up the stairs a few times. They also were in a hurry by the end of the night, and left some things undone. One thing that they didnt do was cover our stairs, so I was worried that they might get dirty, but they looked fine when it was all over.

They set up the beds and dresser, heeding my warning not to drill through the wood of the mirror. I had to unload the hanging wardrobes or pay for them, so I chose to unpack them. They didnt have an arrangement where they would pick up boxes, so we flattened and recycled what we could. By the time they were done with everything, and the paperwork all checked out and signed, it was just past 9:00 p.m. A very long day, and we were anxious to get them out of the house so we could finally relax and stop unpacking. After we left, my husband discovered that they put quite a few boxes into the upstairs den that were labelled for the garage. To our dismay, we also found out that they had neglected to set up the bed frame and bed for the guest room bed. Next time Ill make sure to do a final walk through before any tip is given.

As far as damages went with this company, we didnt notice anything at the time. Later on, I saw that some wood was missing from the bottom of my dresser, but it seemed to be more decorative than functional. It looks like part of the base just broke completely off. I cant be sure that it happened with these movers, although I suspect it did. Still, they did a good job in the packing and didnt gouge the walls or dirty the carpet. I would probably use them again, figuring that it is almost impossible to have a move without incurring minor damage. However, I would make sure that they had enough time to accomplish everything we wanted them to do.

I have moved many times and one thing is for sure, the older you are the harder it is to move yourself. We moved ourselves to Indiana and after two short years we decided to go back to Florida.for obvious reasons. Moving ourselves entailed lots of expenses such as extra longer drive times to our destination, more hotels, more meals out, extra gas for all the weight, and a week lost for working or job hunting. Loading and unloading wasnt anything to cheer about either. The whole experience was quite stressful and dangerous and all things considered cost nearly as much as hiring a mover.

We made quick decision to move to Florida giving ourselves only a 2 week window before departure so I also had to find a company that wasnt booked on the day of my move. We chose Atlas as one of our quotes because we head heard of them before, but the only thing I could tell you is that they were a moving company. I picked three moving companies that I had heard of and called each of them for quotes. I checked the Better Business Bureau ( www.bbb.org ) and asked people that I knew. Keep in mind that results may vary in different locations. Indiana is the headquarters for Atlas so I felt confident that my experience would be pretty good. They had been a member of the Better Business Bureau since 1982 and a positive report on the Better Business Bureau. The company has been around since the 40's. Atlas World Group, Inc. is the parent company so you may see their name while researching.

An agent was sent out to see us and walked around each of the rooms to assess what we would need to move. He had a checklist that gave an estimated pound per item. For example, you would get 5 pounds for a box, 40 pounds for a table, and 80 pounds for a washing machine. There was no sales tactics or decisions to be made. The estimate was free and there was no obligation. The quote was written into a formal agreement after we decided to use their services.

We read every word and asked lots of questions about the agreement. We went with Atlas because we were able to know for a fact that our payment would not be more than a $2000 for us regardless how much our stuff ended up weighing. The document included at Not To Exceed guarantee which was something that other companies would not offer. This means that if they quote us $1000 they can not charge us $2000 just because it actually weighed more than they thought. An extra fee of $74 was charged for delivery to a storage facility and a surcharge was charged for gas based on distance.

We were confused about the extensive wording of the insurance. We ended up going with the basic liability of .60/pound that they are required by law. Basically if they lost everything that we owned we'd be able to buy a nice TV. You can purchase more insurance but there are so many loopholes that we did not even bother. Here is all the fine print that you will want to understand and agree to.

http://www.atlasworldgroup.com/important/ImportantInformation-09-04.pdf

We considered having our second old car moved along with our items but it ended up costing too much money so we sold the car instead of paying for it to be moved.

There are some things that can not be moved such as aerosols and cleaning supplies. These will be locked in a hot semi and shaking around so would risk leaking and damaging your items or causing a hazard for others so you agree not to pack them.

Atlas does offer a service for a fee that will help you pack. They can not be held responsible for items in boxes that they did not pack so you may feel obliged to let them pack your valuables. It may be expensive for a whole house to be packed but should be feasible if you limit the company packing to just valuables.

We needed to give them a destination for our items so we were able to find a storage facility from the Superpages ( www.superpages.com ). If you will be putting your items into a storage facility it is important to specifically ask if a semi truck can pull up to it. It is sometimes difficult to find a facility that has this ability with one available.

The truck showed up on time. The crew consisted of the driver and two workers. The first thing they did was put runners down so that they wouldnt damage the carpet with their dirty shoes which was a very wise thing to do because the runner became very dirty. The driver's responsibility was to put the stickers on the items and to relax. It is his responsibility to be alert for the drive, so he will not be doing any manual labor. I remember him well, he was such a talker. He talked to my husband for hours. I stayed in the back bedroom to watch the children.

We were lucky to have a moving company because it was the coldest day of the year. The air was too cold to breathe and the steps were iced over. I really dont think we could have done it ourselves. It took the movers longer than I expected to get the all of the things down the stairs however it didnt really matter to me because we were paying by weight, not speed.

Our items were put into a large semi truck. The truck was very large however our items were packed in extremely tight and stacked very high. I packed very well and would recommend spending extra on good sturdy boxes and packing material because it will get broken if not packed correctly. I had wasted my time putting fragile sticker on boxes, I didnt feel like they got any more attention than non-fragile boxes. Next time I would put my fragile boxes in a stack together because it wasnt that they didnt care, they just didnt have time to look for stickers on boxes.

You will need to pack absolutely everything including your picture frames and oddly shaped items. Not only is this a requirement, but it necessary to protect your items from being transferred in the truck. There will be no time on the day of the move to finish packing. Appliances will need to be unhooked and ready to go.

We got to know the driver quite well; he was from Florida so I suppose we felt more comfortable with our items being with someone that we were familiar with. He seemed like a really nice guy and enjoyed what he did.

We were given a bill of landing when the truck was packed which had our signature and the drivers signature on it. It had our contract information like the dates and prices. This is the receipt that they have your items.

We were in Florida a week before our truck was scheduled to arrive. We have heard of all the horror stories of people not getting their items back but we felt like we did everything thing we could to make good choices. We really werent nervous about getting our items back, we felt good about how things went so far.

We were in Florida long before the truck was scheduled to arrive. We were given a time frame rather than an exact time the truck would arrive since he had more stops on the way. The driver called us to let us know that we were ready to unload. They showed up the storage facility on time. The driver was the same but the guys doing the moving were different. If you are unable to show up on delivery day there will be a re-delivery fee charged.

We were more concerned about our items when they were unloading. We had an excel spreadsheet with all the box numbers and what was in them in case we needed to make an insurance claim. We checked every single box when it came off of the truck to make sure that it wasnt visibly damaged and that they were all accounted for. The men didnt mind calling out the numbers as they put them into the storage facility but we had to be really quick because it comes off the truck a lot faster than it goes on.

We gave the driver our money order made out for the amount of the move, and he gave us a receipt for the move. We were careful to keep our receipt and moving expenses together so they could be claimed on our taxes. Your can read the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) website for useful information on the topic: http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc455.html

Overall I was happy with the service and everything went smoothly and everything happened as expected in the time allotted. I dont think that they handled our stuff as they would have if it were there own but we didnt have any damages or broken items.

They are much too expensive for a local move however worked out very nicely for a state-to-state move. We spent $1500 to move ourselves to Indiana. We accumulated a lot of junk and an extra kid over the two years. It cost $2000 for Atlas to move us back. I was happy with our arrangements and would consider them for another out-of-state move.

I wouldnt say they were the best, but I truly dont have anything negative to report.

I recently moved with Atlas for a move from Indiana to Las Vegas, NV. It was a very smooth experience. Compared to other companies I have read reviews for I guess I was pretty lucky. The people in Indiana were superb for letting me know details of the move, they were right on with my estimate, no hidden charges after the move. I even had to file a claim because one of the TV's broke and it was settled in no time at all. The overall experience with this company was great and I would use them again.

We moved from Philadelphia, PA to Wichita, KS. They came and packed everything for us. Nothing was broken, and everything arrived in one piece. I was impressed that a Tiffany's necklace that I had lying about arrived here in KS. I was sure that it was lost or stolen (I guess I don't trust human nature). Now I feel terrible for voicing that latter thought and so ran to the computer to write this review. Good prompt service as advertised. Everything was packed by room and the boxes were labelled. So for instance, the box labelled "Desk" has everything that was lying on my desk. This makes it so much easier to find things when I'm unpacking! Also, they unloaded the boxes in their respective room. So the desk box went into the office. My only regret is that they didn't damage my husband's bachelor furniture in the move.

Quick disclaimer:
This was an intra-company move so maybe the contract with UVL and my company is big enough for them to provide good service. Also, the agents they used are Swartz Moving (http://swartzms.com/home_chapter/secondhome.html).

I moved 3000lbs from San Diego, CA to Hillsboro, OR - I know, why would anyone want to make that move!!

The whole process, from setting up the visit to get a quote to the final signing of delivery papers was smooth, professional and well handled. The price was accurate, the packing was careful, the transit time was short, the unloading and unpacking was quick and painless.

I recently moved from Virginia to Texas and used Paxton Van Lines in Richmond. Their service from beginning to end was first rate. They were the only ones who would move my Corvette in the van with my furniture. Not a problem. From the first initial estimate to the last piece of furniture off the van everything went perfect. Their representives were very informative and professional. This company is a model for how things should be.

there are problems in every moving company, regardless of what they say or what you see. i have moved many times with many companies. atlas has moved me a few times and were great in almost every aspect. everyone seems to jump on a company for one bad experience written about by someone they never met. on the whole, movers are'nt appreciated like they should be. give your movers a chance, talk to them like they are people, not just hired help. always read your paperwork closely, and always check off numbers when they bring your possessions in the house. treat them well and they will do everything they can to treat your stuff well. maybe offer lunch if the job is going well, tip at least a little, it will be appreciated. we tip the waitress $20 for bringing us a nice dinner, yet many people i talk to wont tip the guys who moved their possessions hundreds of miles, just think about it. most movers are professionaly trained and they are worth much more than they are paid. try to do their job and see how feel at the end of the week. best of luck with moving....be attentive and friendly and you should have a good experience.

This was the most pleasant moving experience. My move was a local move in DE. I had a couple of different salespeople come into my home to give me an estimate. Don Squires from American Van & Storage, which is an agent for Atlas Van Lines in Delaware, was very pleasant, he was punctual, and extremely informative. He gave me a checklist of things that I needed to do prior to moving. He gave me an estimate for transporting my goods and another estimate for packing all of my stuff as well. My estimate was to take 6 hours and 1 hour travel time (alloted for driving to my old house and to my new house). He explained that the packing was the most expensive and gave me some tips on packing myself. There were some items that I did not want to pack like my good china, and pictures. He told me that if I was to pack them, their liability is very limited to any damage. I decided that they could pack the things that I was most concerned with.

Packing & Loading Day

When the driver and his crew came to my home, they were right on time. They were pleasant and were very friendly towards each other. You could tell that they all liked each other and they like to work together. I have moved myself before this and was expecting this to be an all day event. They packed all of the things that I had told Don I wanted packed. They disassembled my beds and my daughter's crib. They started to load all of my belongings onto the truck, (which was down 3 flights of stairs and up 2 flights. I lived in a condo with no elevator) without any complaining!! I hated walking those stairs every day, I can only imagine what it was like to move my couches and big TV on those stairs. I was amazed! I bought them all pizza and soda for lunch, I thought they would like to take a break, but to my surprise they ate and went right back to work! Tucker, Tommy, & Vinnie were in and out of my condo in less than 4 hours. I had recently had the whole place painted, spiral staircase and all, and not 1 scratch, dent or mark on the walls!

Delivery

The drive to the new house was short. Only 4 miles away. When Tucker came in to look around and take note to where everything was going he took note of the newly refinished hardware floors. Don told me at the beginning that I should get some old cardboard to put down in the high traffic areas. I forgot. Tucker said no problem, they had some materials on the truck that they could lay down. He used some old cartons and blue foam-type runners on the high traffic areas. Let me tell you, no problems with the floors. My stuff was being unloaded faster then I could keep up with. My rooms were small so I was concerned with the way the furniture would fit. Tucker and Vinnie were very helpful with their "design" ideas. I had a scratch on my tall dresser in my bedroom. He pointed it out to me right away and noted it on my paperwork. That was the only thing damaged in my whole move. I gave the guys all a tip and they were very gracious! Best thing of all my estimate was for the exact amount Don has quoted me. No surprises at all. I was very nervous to use a moving company, you always hear so many stories. I wish 20/20 would do an episode on American Van & Storage to show what a good company is supposed to do!

My damage was handled so quickly, the girl from the office called me the next day and said she would send a repair person to come and fix my scratched dresser. He called and made an appointment, and fixed it so you can't even tell the scratch was ever there!

My dealings with American have been great. I have recommended them to 2 people that I know. One used them and had a similar dealing. One went with a cheaper company and did not have the same luck. I guess it is true, you get what you pay for!

While it's true that every agent is different, we used Read's out of Jacksonville, FL for a move to WI.
We have moved several times with different companies, and this was by far, the best move.
The driver kept us up-to-date on every step of the move. They changed delivery date for us because we had an emergency. They handled all of our belongings with kid gloves, and they were the nicest, most professional people we have ever dealt with. We will probably be moving again, and I wish that we could use Read's again. True professionals!

We recently completed a move from Chicago to Virginia using Atlas van lines.

We were pleased; the guys did a very professional job with packing and loading of our items.

The delivery was just as smooth; we were concerned because we had just had new wood floors placed through out our new home and did not want them scratched or nicked up.

The driver covered all the high traffic areas and the crew all wore foot covers, we were very impressed.

I used 12 points moving and storage an Atlas van lines agent out of Indiana for my relocation and the service was great. The guys that did my move worked very hard and did a nice job with my things, all in all I could not ask for more.

The only set back is the cost it was more then most quoted me but other then that I was very satified.
