They DOMINATED the entire experience.This was the very best moving system in place I have seen.AUGIE his wife and JOSE PENA took their PRIDE and INTEGRITY and placed it on everything they touched. The whole thing was perfect.It took 3 days to complete the transition from FL.to DEL..They worked hard and long with no concern of fatigue.I have never seen anything like this before.They are REAL,KIND,CONSIDERATE,APPRECIATIVE ,RESPECTABLE,WONDERFUL PEOPLE and I have to give APPLAUSE TO THEM and NATIONWIDE VAN LINES for such a perfect job. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!!! For those considering the move,look no further,you have found what you need right here. NATIONWIDE VAN LINES.......PS for what I saw,their cost was very inexpensive. THANK YOU AUGIE FOR EVERYTHING.

In addition to their practice of suppressing negative reviews through signed settlement contracts, you should avoid Nationwide Van Lines because they send out movers who are unprepared, behave unprofessionally, and cause damage to your property. It took them over 30 days to even acknowledge the receipt of my claim and over 3 months to process the claim.



On pickup, the movers strongly hinted to me to generously tip them, as this is not an easy job and that they're the ones doing all the hard work. They also told me that if I took care of them with a tip, then they would take care of me. Any person in this scenario would believe that if they didn't tip them, then they would not take care of their stuff.



They completely missed both pickup and delivery windows by 3 and 6 hrs, blaming it on traffic. They left adhesive and black soot on my furniture, and took apart my futon, forgotting how to put it back together. They damaged my bookshelf and bike and denied me the full $0.60/lb claim.

I recently moved from Atlanta to Brooklyn, NY. Nationwide movers showed up up on time for both pickup and delivery. Daniele and his team were friendly, fast, and did all the hard work for me. Nothing was broken or damaged upon delivery. This was a perfect experience for me. I highly recommend that you use this company.

I had to move my family from New York to Virginia, from the first phone call to Nationwidewide, and my contact with Rachel, the entire move seemed seamless. She kept us well informed on what to expect and her estimate was spot on! the movers themselves were courteous and professional. Things were packed well and arrived in same condition. Thank you for a great experience with your company.

I doubt there to be a more skeptical person on earth when it comes to movers than I am. I have moved many times coast to coast and region to region. Eventually, the question became 'How bad can this mover be, compared to the last?


Early on, Nationwide seemed too good to be true, so I had my son drive by and photo their trucks. I even dropped in during a pre-move visit to the area...surprise, the Owner gave me a tour.



I took a month working with Stranger ("Phillip") fine tuning my inventory list to ensure everything was accounted for. I was determined to compare quotes from several Movers. Some do it by estimated weight, some by estimated cubic footage and others by a fixed inventory list converting it thru their mystical formulas...small print always allowed this quote to change.



Not with Nationwide...they held firm to their quote and actually pays their people a bonus if nothing changes. I even promised to throw the office a pizza party if they got this one right.



Pizza for all!!!

I moved from Florida to MA. The move was swift, courteous and professional. Everyone I spoke with or had personal contact with was efficient, thorough and effective. I would definitely use this company again. The actual moving staff worked from the minute they began loading the van to the time they finished. They were a great representative of Nationwide. When they arrived at my destination they were again thorough, speedy and careful with my belongings. I found everything to be in good condition. I would recommend Nationwide to anyone who was thinking of moving.

My move went without a hitch or any extra surprises.
Found everyone one from the initial contact person, Christine, to the actual
delivery guys to be very professional, friendly and accommodating.
Will definitely use Nationwide again if I have the need.

This move went bad from the first day the movers arrived to pack my household goods. Originally I was told it would be one day of pack and move the next day. Instead they packed and moved in the same day despite a rule in our condo that all moves need to be completed by 5 pm they kept working until 9 pm giving me my first headache from their actions. When contracted I was told storage which we needed for 3 months would take place in Plantation, Fl, it was a key reason I chose this company. Instead the goods were stored in Hackensack, NJ. When I needed a box that got swept up int he move and was not left for me to take by car I could not get to it at all. The driver even showed me web pictures of where my goods would be stored in Florida and yet never told me they were really going to New Jersey. Finally upon delivery I discovered that two expensive pieces, one a brand new Herman Miller Eames Chair cost $3999 and a BDI Media Center costing $1500 were damaged in the move.

From my very first phone call to Julianne at Nationwide, through all of the major and minor details of the quote, the planning, packing and materials, the 3 movers involved, to the final discussions regarding a discrepancy of additional items to be moved- the whole process was a pleasure and went off without a hitch. Nationwide staff were professional and easy to work with - they care about the people they service and the belongings they pack and move- Truly a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone wanting a top notch company who does not sub out their work- Keep up the great work Nationwide-

This company is the worst transportation company I've ever heard of. I trusted that they would be able to move my shipment in the 2 week time frame that they agreed to. Three days before the latest scheduled delivery date (two weeks later), I had to call and check upon my shipment; they did not call with updates. I was then told that they did not have any way to move my items because it was not a full load. I live by myself and am apparently not as important a customer as an entire family would be. They were not helpful and did not act as if my service was valued. Four weeks after they picked up my things in Arizona were they delivered in Wisconsin. Never use this company.

Nationwide Van Lines is a horrible moving company. Do not use them, they give you no notice when they are going to pickup or deliver your stuff. The called me and siad they were an hour away and if we coulc not be there we would have to wait a few weeks to get our stuff delivered. In addition I had called three days in a row and asked for at least 24 hours notice. When they arrived they stated that our shipment was in a storage container full of black widow spiders and to be extremely carefull. This is what you get for $4000 for the move and $400 a month in storage. This company is horrible if you are smart do not ever use them, plus when it comes time to collect the money they threaten a late fee on the day the stuff is due. THis company stinks!

I was impressed with their care to wrap our personal possessions, they worked long hours to pack and unpack with no damage. They charged a little more than quoted over the phone but still ended up lower than other companies.
