These rocks really rocked for our move. They took their time packing and were very detailed oriented. I appreciate the effort and care they put forward to the move and I will use them again.

Price doubled, of course, after truck was loaded. I was very specific and accurate with my item list and the size of items. They left things in the storage shed that was on the item list and was pointed out to them. They damaged walls, doors, and broke a picture. I could not get through to anyone or would they answer my calls. My boyfriend eventually did get through to the customer service manager who flat out lied and said she spoke with me. My delivery date was April 4th and still no delivery. They lie, cheat, steal.

Unbelievable!
Didn’t show up when scheduled, did not call to explain, robbed me of over $1500.
I scheduled a move with Trans United a month in advance. I received a Binding Moving Estimate and was told the price would not go up unless I exceeded the estimated cubic feet in the truck. I explained to the salesman that I had some large and heavy items and he noted and understood. I even paid them extra to crate one of these items. The move was scheduled for Thursday December 27. After packing everything I own and waiting for them to arrive, I get a call Thursday afternoon telling me they would be there Saturday the 29th. Saturday, no one came, no one called and no one answered the phone. They left me hanging for 4 days. Finally on Tuesday January 2nd, I got in touch with them. I was told that my location was out of the way and they would need an extra $800 to make the move happen.

After weighing the options of starting the process over with another company and already behind schedule, I decided to pay the fee. They were scheduled to arrive Thursday January 4th. About an hour before dark on Thursday, the truck finally arrived. It had â Joe’s Family Moving Company or something similar on the side with three guys inside the truck. The driver was talking on a cell phone and was yelling in a foreign language, pointing his finger violently out the window as he was yelling at the person on the other end. After a few minutes, he came inside to look at my items. All of the heavy and larger items that I had were now being called â Bulky items. There would be extra fees for those I was told. It amounted to approximately $600 in extra fees.
After this, the driver went back outside, got back on his phone and began yelling and pointing again. Although I could not understand or recognize the language, it was obvious that this was a violent conversation. He walked out into the street, into my neighbor’s yard, and wandered around yelling for about 15 minutes. His co-workers appeared to be shocked with what was going on. After getting off the phone, he asked me to drive him to a hardware store so that he could purchase some bolt cutters to remove the padlock from the back of the truck!
By this time, it was dark, and he decided it would be best to just come back in the morning to load my belongings. I decided that night that I would not be allowing this man to drive away with everything I own.
To date I am out over $1500. The company refuses to return any of my money.
I also found out that for $200, U-haul can provide you with 2 persons for 3 hours to help load or unload your move. I would highly recommend this option.

Trans United Did a stellar Job on this move. They came in wrapped up all my furniture professionally. They delivered items on time and in condition they were picked up. The staff was delightful and easily accessible. I would rate Trans United A++ for the job the did. Would use Trans United again or recommend to others.

Overall I am very pleased with my move.Choose Trans United based on my sister in law experience with them and I did received the same excellent service she did. They did all the packing and all the heavy lifting for me, no damages of any kind. I will recommend them as well to friends and family.

This moving company we found out (and have proof!) lies to customers, overworks their drivers keeping them on the road for over 50 days with inadequate sleep.
They were subcontracted by Colonial Movers and they showed up 3 days late with a FULL TRUCK and no room for our property. The owner lied to us and wanted us to sign paperwork to still get paid even though we were forced to move ourselves in a UHAUL. The company is unprofessional, unethical and I would never in a million years recommend them. They screwed us so bad!!

I will never use Trans United or American Van Lines again. They don't give enough information on the phone. I had never used a professional moving company before and expected to be told what I needed to know upfront concerning my move. The movers came the second morning of a two-day arrival date (1/24/11.) I was never told that I would need a shuttle truck to take my possessions to the 30-40 foot truck at the street. It was not American Van Lines that came but a contract company called Trans United. One of the two guys said they would not move me, the other one said they would &quot;make it happen,&quot; but I had to pay cash out of pocket $240 for long distance carrier(an unexpected fee.) What ensued was a nightmare. Customer service was inadequate. I was told over and over that I had to pay for a packing charge of $54, which I was the packer, not the guys. Trans United would not give me credit for the $240 cash I gave the guys, tacked on a charge of $294 and were adamant about it......

LIARS,THIEVES,MORONS AND ABUSIVES PIECES OF S**T. THEY F'N DAMAGED EVERYTHING AND STOLE EVERYTHING ELSE OF VALUE. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.
I HAVE TURNED THEM IN TO THE IRS. BBB DOES NOT DO ANYTHING, BUT THE IRS IS REALLY INTERESTED IN THE CASH ONLY ENTERPRISE THEY ARE RUNNING. GO TO JAIL YOU A HOLES FOR TAX EVASION!!!!!!

These people lie to you, steal money from you and do not follow their own contract. DO NOT USE THEM, PLEASE!!! I am still waiting for my furniture. They picked it up on May 20th and now it is June 19th. When I ask where my belongings are, I get no answer. They also pulled a &quot;Bait and Switch&quot; on me AFTER all the stuff had be loaded on their truck. I have been over charged in several ways, for around $650. This is a felony and I will be pursuing the charges towards them. Also, they have never called me. I have been calling them and each time it is someone else I am talking to. I am starting to wonder if they screwed up and delivered it to someone else. Or if they are just plain thieves !!!!!!!! Either way use another company! Pay the difference! I had to buy another TV, mattress, silverware, sheets, clothes, kitchen utensils, etc., etc., etc.

Per contract I signed, the mover was to call me 24 hours in advance of picking up. I was &quot;PROMISED&quot; delivery on 12/20/09 - but no call on 12/19 or 12/20 (weekend - phone number I asked for in case of any problem, did not answer!) Not knowing if movers were coming or not, I began making other arrangements and then received a call ONE HOUR before movers arrived on 12/21/09. They came in with a whole package of papers to sign! I already signed and faxed back contract to company I �thoughtÃ&c
ent;�� were the movers only to find out they bid my move out and I got foreign, non-English speaking unprofessional movers!! First complaint I have is they altered papers I signed by adding charges AFTERWARDS for supplies not used but were added to the balance due amount I owed. Next, they lied repeatedly over my delivery � the dispatcher Gary called to tell me they could not get truck into apartment complex. It was a HUGE area and I called the driver (had his number as he called me earlier), who said they were 30 miles West of my place. LIARS...how could they say they couldn't get in when they were never there! We demanded they come as Apt. Manager verified four (4) moving vans same size had come in earlier that day. They finally arrived (originally was to be 10 am, then 2 pm, then 4 pm.) it was 5:30 pm - again they said NO, they would not drive in. Truth is...it was late and they were tired! They left and were to deliver following morning. Then, following morning I received anotehr call from Gary (dispatcher) with ANOTHER LIE - the truck was STUCK in 8&quot; of snow and ice and no one was getting in or out of truck stop -- they were in another state - 50 miles away! I called the truck stop and verified they had only 1&quot; snow and there was NO PROBLEM - all trucks were going in and out � east and west. I called back very angry and they refused to return or deliver my belongings and Gary told me if I wanted my belongings, I would have to drive 50 miles out of state and get them! I had to rent a U-haul ($100) and drive 100 miles round trip, out of state, and it took us 30 minutes to unload my belongings! On top of it all, they demanded an additional $250 to release my belongings or they would not open the door!

After all was said and done, I called to complain and spoke to the General Manager, Russell Masnev, who promised he would compensate me for the bad service. Then, he would never return my calls and after 10 days of being lied to by Gary, dispatcher who coverd for Russell, Russell rudely told me to talk to the owner, Vladimir Masnev â�� HIS FATHER. Of course â��heâ&
iuml;¿½ï¿½ was never in�or they would tell me he would be back in an hour, etc., etc.

Bottom line, NO ONE WOULD TALK TO ME AND I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF BEING LIED TO. I�m sure this is what they count on happening for all complaints!

DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVERS � THEY LIE AND HOLD YOUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE AND THEN REFUSE TO DELIVER. THEY ARE ALL UNPROFESSIONAL - GARY, THE DISPATCHER, RUSSELL MASNEV, PROMISES THEN HIDES, AND VLADIMIR MASNEV, OWNER, WHO WON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO TALK TO ME!

Movers damaged items that were finally delivered today: an irreplaceable family heirloom antique secretary was severely damaged, no bedroom set hardware was delivered, dvd player w/remote is missing, 52&quot; plasma tv is scratched, numerous small items and appliances are missing or damaged. Received low quote...that should have been my first clue. Save yourself some major headaches and DO NOT do business with Trans-United, Inc. or Sysco Van Lines, or Moving With Us. These are all companies linked together and will damage or steal your property.
