Only one thing to say : NEVER USE THEM FOR MOVING

Very dishonest. Even if they offer you free moving, do not trust them They are big cheaters. They charged us extra $1300 for overweight. But they refused to reweigh our stuff to confirm the overage. Very bad customer service. Offensive languages. They made the moving a nightmare to us.
I repeat: NEVER USE THEM FOR MOVING.

They only quoted me about 1/3 of the needed boxes, then I had to buy more from the packers there on the spot. Steve the salesperson PROMISED that our items would be delivered on the date we needed, 10 days later and no return calls from Steve our stuff showed up! Horrible company. Stay far away from these losers!

world wide van lines is nothing more than a broker that takes your money and then hires another company to move you . they did not deduct their fee from the cost of moving therfore making my move 350.00 more than it was suppose to. do not use them

Leo is a scumbag! He talks a good talk but he only want your money! My move was a disaster from start to finish....they contract other companies to move you! I lost 12 boxes, 2 large pictures, all my mothers china that she left me when she passed away, they even lost 4 kitchen table chair legs...I would not trust them with a bag of dog shit to move! I asked Leo to help me and he was oh sooooo sorry about my problem but the bastard never called me back. I am going to destroy Leo, worldwide van lines, And US movers....it is my goal. Just when they think I have stopped....I will never stop. If you want the entire story of my disaster move...call me 203-410-5187....I have so much to tell you! I am posting complaints on every site I can! I am in touch with the FBI, BBB, and many more!

Horrible move ever. They subcontracted to some one who shows up in a small Penske and straightaway they say that your stuff is too much..They demanded a flat rate of $9000, not withstanding the initial quote of $5000. Movers arrived 2 days later, and demanded FULL payment in CASH or else they do not deliver! Upon full payment, they delivered HALF of the furniture loaded, saying that half will be delivered in 2 weeks. It is 2 months now, and is NOT delivered yet. Numerous phone calls , they do not respond, do not call back and no delivery date. Part of the furniture delivered is damaged. LCD TV does not stand, Bedroom set is broken. Furniture stolen included Gym equipment, sofas and computers. Wonder how they could operate so long after having this many complaints!NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MOVERS. They lie, cheat and steal your possessions.
Please stay away from these if you want peace and your furniture in good shape.

Your company was a horrible dissappointment. No communication, pick up and drop off were 4 weeks late. Final cost was completely unexpected. would never recommend you to anybody elseunless they wanted to go through 4 weeks worth of headaches.

Leo at worldwide van lines is a LIAR! He acts like he cares and he doesn't...he's only in it for the money! He tells you a price then when the movers come it is $1000 more! When you call him with the problem he just transfers you to customer service and then they don't answer the phone! When you keep calling him back he sends you to voicemail...My move was a disaster...truck broke down the first day...got a semi instead of a smaller truck...when the truck finally showed up there was only one driver...but oh he picked up 3 Mexican day laborers to help him!!! They didn't even know how to use a hand truck! I lifted every box, I wrapped my furniture...it was a disaster...Leo didn't care about anything...he will talk like he does but he is a liar! Don't use this company...hang up when Leo from worldwide van lines calls you with a quote...he is lying!!!!!!!!

Simply stated, Worldwide Van Lines is a fly by night JOKE of a company. Moving is stressful enough. They have made it worse for us.

DO NOT USE THEM.

They don't return calls, our belongings were NEVER picked up, 90% of the time you can't even reach anyone.

I can't believe this company can continue operating. I can't say enough negative things about this company and their employees.

If you want a nightmare this is the company for you. I have never had a more horrible experience in my life. Albert was very knowledgeable and communicated well to get my business. The evening before the move I received a call from a rude man informing he was the mover. I was shock.
World Wide subcontracted my move. World Wide received my money and moved me on.Never told me they were going to sub out. Florida Southwest was no better they increased my fee's gave me my new bill and took my belongings to who knows where. I asked World Wide to assist with the problem they created. World Wide didn't respond to my phone calls,emails or faxes. Customer Service, what a joke their phone didn't work for two days. If you are transferred your call is dropped.
This company will take your money and leave you hanging I PROMISE. I am still trying to retrieve my belongings from sub company. It has been three weeks. Original date set up with World Wide was Oct.1,2011 it is now October 26 Refuse to HELP

My rating would be minus if that were an option. WWVL subcontracted All American Trusted Van Lines to p/u my things on 6/26/11, wks after that company had lost it's DOT license, they demanded $5300 at time of pick up & then illegally transported them to L.A.,CA area & left them there. No one will provide me w/an address where my goods are. Sidenote: AATVL dissappeared after cashing my check, they can't be found. Original quote from WWVL was $4148,raised to $8447 by AATVL. 82 days later, I still don't have my things. It has cost me approx. $15,000 to set up house as they have everything I own. No one at WWVL w/return my calls (over 100 at this time). They have lied at least 12 times about false delivery dates, I have lost a job due to this. They have everything I own, I am 64, on soc.security, in ill health & need back surgery. I will have to work minimum wage jobs the rest of my life,if I can get anyone to hire me, thanks to them. They have ruined the quality of my life. DON'T GO HERE

Everything that has been said is correct. The company lied to us at every step of this process . They ignored all of our E-mails and phone calls . They picked up our product a week late with no notice. They called us and said our 3 piece bedroom set weighed out at 2,000 pounds. The threatened us and then yes a 6 foot 2 inch at least 250 pound male attacked my wife. Do not do business with these people. I had to call the police twice and now I still have to sue the company. My hands are still shaking . Do not enter into any contract with this company period. If you do you will regret it.

I have now been dealing with World Wide Van lines and NY moving and storage since June of 2011. They were 3 days late for my pick up and when the movers arrived the price was $4,000. more than I was quoted. I was told, &quot;You can take it or we can leave right now lady&quot;. Had I known how disasterous this move was going to be I would have told them to leave and very quickly.
I moved from Pa to SC and my belongings needed to be put in storage. When my belongings were delivered, I was charged an additional $400. because they &quot;couldn't get the truck to the front door&quot;. This was on top of the $2500, I had to give them in cash.
Before they left, they were told there was a missing purple dining room chair I was told I'd be contacted in a few days.I was NEVER contacted. As I unpacked I found that I was missing over 75 items which included many irreplaceable items. No one will acknowledge my losses and don't return my calls. This company is not to be trusted and should not be used by anyone.

WHatever you do don't use this company. Call the movers yourself. That's all WWVL does is call a moving company and set the date. THey do absolutely nothing else. Worst Move Ever. Jake at WWVL is the worst. Best Buddy until day of move. I moved on a Saturday. Called Jake on Friday and he said they would be there at noon on Saturday. THey didn't show up until 6pm on Sunday. All the things Jake promised didn't happen. Couldn't get a hold of him for two days and ended talking to customer service. Jake Jones sucks and so does the comapany. AWFUL! AWFUL! AFUL

This is one of the worst and most unprofessional moving companies I have ever had to deal with. First of all I should have seen red-flags when I was quoted at an outrageously low price compared to other companies for my cross-country move. The communication was virtually non existant. I spoke to Leo who assured me that the company would be at my house within the given 48 hour window and the contractors would contact me 1 day prior to pick-up. I waited for 2 days with no phone call. Finally when I called on Monday I was informed that the movers would be here on the following day between 10 and 2pm. Tuesday came and I called at 10 am to insure that the move was on schedule and I was told that the move was cancelled and the new contractor would be there the next few days. I was given a number to call this &quot;contractor&quot;

Full service with 4 movers--4 hour estimate
Promise of 9 to 10 am
driver appeared at noon, walked around and returned around 2
After they had loaded 1/2 my household I am told that the cost will be 8,000
He made some calls and determined that they would &quot;only&quot; charge 5,600
They made their final load at 12:45 am (yup), leaving the garage full for another team
They promised that a truck would show up this am--yeah right!
They do not return calls
I could say much, much more. Suffice to say that these people are total scammers. Yesterday, i had Beautiful hardwood floors. Not any more

World Wide Van Lines stood me up!!,

I contracted with Paul on March 31st for a May 29, 2011 move. Paul promised to be my personal consultant- &quot;with me every step of the way&quot;. He assured me that a move over Memorial Day on a Sunday was no problem. I emailed him that I was going out of town for graduation and wanted to make sure everything was a go for that Sunday. I have a confirmation email dated May 22 that all was set up and good. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! I tried calling the company- no answer/ no return calls. The company closed for the holiday! So where was my personal consultant?
They had left a message on my home phone on May 26th but I was out of town. He knew this from my email. Paul never tried either of two cell phone #s or email to reach me. Bottom line- the company sounds legit on the phone but promises things they don't deliver. I should have paid attention to the reviews. They are all bad! LEARN FROM ME!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! GMP in TN

WWVL moved my furniture from Virginia to Florida. When the truck arrived in Florida several items of my furniture were missing. I filed my claim on April 26, 2010 and got absolutley nowhere. It was supposed to be settled in 120 days (4 months). It has now been over nine months and still no satisfaction. My phone calls and letters are totally ignored. My email are unanswered I can not get one person to talk to me about my claim. They stole some of my property and refuse to compensate me for the loss, or even talk about it. I would place WWVL on the very bottom of my list of poor service and lack of response for moving companies. They could care less about my loss and inquiries. I have notified the Chamber of Commerce, the Departmnt of Transportation,Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, the office of enforcement and compliance, and other agencies. I am now about to send a letter to other moving companies for their information, to be used any way they wish to use it.

WorldWide Van Lines (WWVL) is scam, beware of this company. I can't even forget, this even though it is 1 1/2 year, these people eat my extra $ 1400 at that time. WWVL has contract with others & Bobby Ken/Dependable moving Norcross, Georgia as a small moving companies and their customer service is worse and unreasonable at best.

They yell at you and not respect anything at all. Also they try to rip off your money and give worse customer service possible in USA. Please see example below. We were suppose to be moved by Bobby on 4th June, who did not show up and then finally we moved our stuff with Ken/ Dependable moving (Georgia) on 5th June.

When drivers arrived at our home, they mentioned they will go to Indianapolis and then they will go to Pearland/Houston, TX. As per driver, they said it would not possible to deliver our stuff on 7th june, when we said we don't want to move then driver mentioned to call his Boss Ken and Ken mentioned that go ahead and sign the contract, we'll deliver your stuff on Sunday, 7th June. I don't know why I believed in his words. Instead of that our stuff arrived on 10th of June and we had to post pone and cancel flight tkts of my wife/daughter/ parents from Houston. Anyway, worse experience begins now with cheating about how much our stuff weigh. I moved 4 time in last 4 year so we have some idea what we have and what we don't.

We were suppose to pay 900 $ for 4500 lb wt of my move. If it is less WWVL will pay me back and if it is more then I will pay them upfront. On 10th June ~ 8:15am I was called by WWVL about extra wt (280 lbs more) of our stuff and I was asked to pay $998 (900 + 98). I was told that total wt of truck was 22780 lbs (empty wt 18000 lbs + my stuff 4780 lbs) and our stuff weighed 4780 lbs so we have to pay difference of 280 lbs excess wt, which was 98 $. Somehow we thought lets just weigh truck before unloading and after unloading our stuff and make it clear. When my wife went to weight station to weigh truck, it was only 20680 lbs (2100 lbs less then what they told me) so if empty truck wt is 18000 lbs then our stuff wt is only 2680 lbs and much less then 4500 lbs so we should not even pay 900 $ but pay less then 900 $.

Now Ken changes and calls us and says empty truck wt is 14100 lbs so I have to pay for 2180 lbs (6680 lbs � 4500 lbs) $ 780 extra on $ 900. It did not make sense how Ken was calculating. Empty truck wt changed from 18000 to 14000 lbs in one day. Anyways we were threaten by Ken and drivers that unless we pay them upfront 1680 $ ($1500 in money order and $ 180 cash) they would not unload stuff at that time.

They even left our home after emptying few boxes off the truck. I tried to explain to Ken it did not work out and I wasted my time. I was helpless since I was still in Springfield, MO and my wife, 1 yr baby, my senior citizen parents were in Pearland/ Houston, TX with movers. Ken and us agreed that lets wt truck after they unload our stuff and they will pay me the difference or charge me appropriately according to wt. We called WWVL multiple times to clarify this issue but WWVL
Haley/ or Haleigh comes on phone and then put us on hold without listening what we have to say.

Ken also mentioned that he asked WWVL to call me or my wife.
My wife also called and she was put on hold by Haley again and she never called us back. I think Haley will only realize if someone else does this to her after getting deposit and money. As WWVL never came on phone, we had no
choice but pay to Ken 1680 $ ($1500 in money order and $ 180 cash) and get wt of empty truck done by our self. Even we paid for truck wt, that is not norm when we move- moving company does that. This wt was suppose to be done before loading truck at my house and after loading at my house in Springfield, MO. I was suspicious with their demand of $ 1680 since it was unusual charges for wt we did not move so initially I was hesitant but finally we gave them $ 1500- money order and 180 cash. As per Ken, driver will give us back our cash and money order if empty truck wt shows our total wt 15 mins without any communication and they just hang up. That's Haley. She did this 3 times without understanding WWVL responsibility to resolve that current issue.

WWVL is the company we trust
before signing a contract. It is your responsibility to protect your customers. It is like Haleigh/ Steve don't want to talk. I think this needs to be improved and no one will do business if they know what kind of service WWVL and their subcontractors provides. There needs to be honesty and dependability to movers.
Anyways, while I am writing we still have to do wt of empty truck and lets see what happens.



This is unbelievable real life event.

Considerations that were agreed to over the phone were NEVER noted on the renewed contract.
Customer service was, for the most part, non-existent.
Once the credit card cleared for the down payment, the office was next to impossible to reach. But it only got worse.�

Once the &quot;contract&quot; movers finally arrived and all belongings were loaded on the truck, the main office would not even acknowledge my numerous calls when things started going wrong. Not only were they unresponsive, but ALL dealings with the actual movers was one lie after another. If not for my persistence, I'd still be waiting for my belongings to arrive!!!

I am prior service, and I am married to a soldier, and I had this company go to my storage unit and remove the items I had in there and bring them to NC. I had requested a few boxes be wrapped, and my TV to be secured. I had my TV in the original box but it needed to be secured. Their version of securing it was to stuff my pillows in it and a ton of kid toys; I think I know enough to know that is not OK. Not only was it not a semi that picked up my stuff, it was two guys not wearing uniforms that drove a budget truck!!!! I could have done that.... They said my one bedroom house no washer, no dryer, just my sons room , some boxes and my living room items weighed over 5,000 lbs. NO WAY ON EARTH I requested a reweight and the guys denied me. They would not unload my items until I paid them, and I thought ok well I will all customer service; well guess what they are not open on the weekends!!! GO FIGURE... My household goods were all tore up and I have gone to my local military base to have this company black listed and this is in the process... I talked to customer service lady named Anne I think it was, from Van lines and she told me with her ghetto self, I don't know what to tell you the move is done, you will have to contact the men who moved you.&quot; and guess what ....their phones NO longer are on so I hope this company expects to hear more from me because this is absolutely wrong. If I would have received my reweight LIKE I AM LEGALLY INTITLED TOO I would not have been this upset, but to disappear off the face of this earth after they move me is so shady.. Now my move for a 1 bedroom cost $1,751....for a little over 700 miles...I could have done it myself had I known this would have been the amount and the outcome of my belongings. This company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, and I have my plans already in action, so it will come back.

I had to move on Sept 7th and I contacted World Wide van lines based upon other reviews on the net and now I am adding mine. I called Lance on Sept 5th, after finding him online and reading his companies reviews. He was very professional, while still being engaging & personable. We had a quick conversation where we worked out the details of what I needed. Because I was working with a budget, Lance made sure I got what I needed. To reduce cost he descounted me until I was comfortable with the price based on my budget. The morning of the 7th, John and two guys came over and went through the plan and how I wanted things done. John and his guys where clean, polite, and efficient the entire time. Great senses of humor, and really hard workers. John, Bill, and Alex were so honest! I actually had them come up to me and give me a $10 bill that was lost in the couch! They were strong, fast and everyone spoke English! I will be using them again and referring anyone who's moving to them.

this was such torture dealing with this company. they were 6 days late for picking up our stuff, could not find any other moving companies during that timeframe and believe me we called plenty of movers after this company did not return phone calls or even act like they cared. Absolutely zero communication from them. finally a man called and said, i'll be there tomorrow morning, no apologies given for the 6 day holdup and he said he would be there at 8 am, not between 8 and noon or 8 and 2 even. the next morning we sat around waiting for this guy from 8am until when he finally showed up at 7:45 at night without even bothering to call and let us know he was running behind even though I called the number that he called from on our caller id about 10 times. The truck he showed up with was a rental which really alarmed us, had no identification from worldwide van lines, and no paperwork for us to see or sign. The driver was nice enough but still offered no apologies for being 6 days late or late that very day and offered no explanation at first. After a few hours we asked him &quot;why were you 6 days late?&quot; and he told us that worldwide van lines has NO trucks at all and is only a broker and basically he does moves for them because they call him 20 times a week begging for help with their moves because they quote such cheap prices. He also stated that they definately did a number on our move and we would most certainly owe way more than they quoted and they do this to almost every customer he picks up for them. Well, we wound up owing more than we were quoted by $900 and in the end there were broken items and despite many phone calls to this company and the driver Ken, we have yet to resolve this horrible move that happened 4 months ago. I would not wish this company on anyone, do your research and chose someone who is reputable.

I just got my delivery and I just wanted to express my thanks to world wide van lines for a hasle free move. they showed up on time and delivered in a very reasnable time actually faster then I had anticipated which was a great thing (I was not looking forward to sleeping on the floor for a few days). There are some scraches to my belingings but the movers pointed it out as they were unloading by things and stated that they would take care of the claim and gave me a claims form on the spot which was great no hassle for the claoms process. the price they quoted me was a little less then hte final balance but my weight did go over which I knew since I did add some last minute itemsto my move. my rep dave waa very nice and knowledgeaqble he answered all my annoying questions without an attitude which I did recieve from other moving companies as I was shopping for a mover. All in all I had a very possitive experience with this company and will recommend them in the future

I just had a very good moving experience and I wanted to share it. my rep steve was great he really made me feel comfortable and secure. I was a little hesitant about using a movig service but luckely it worked out great for me thank you world wide van lines.

this is my third move in five years and it was not the best move but it was a good solid move with a reasnable price I was satisfied enough to right a good review I don't usually take the time to do this kind of thing but it was good enough for me to take time out of my day to recommend this company overall they gave me a solid move with minimal stress which is what I was looking for good service form the dispatch dept and very informative sales staff. I would recomend this company and use this company again.

My quote was originally $1433, then I canceled because I decided to do it ourselves with a Penske truck for $400 plus gas. They lowered price to $950 to gain my business back so I took it. Ended up paying $2972 plus the $250 deposit!!!!!!! Had no choice otherwise they said they wld put my stuff in storage! Foreign movers came in the same Penske 26 ft truck that we had rented!!! They had quoted me 4k lbs when in reality it weighed 11k!! I had 6k lbs in overage to pay! What?! My house was only 1600 sq ft!! And my 650 mile move from NM to AZ was over 3K! Give me a break! Trying to sue! Darryl (operations mngr) swore up and down in wld be $950, no more, final price!

We had a moved with world wide van lines and the move went well. Other than a couple of scratches everything was done perfectly and the guys were very friendly. In our contract they were supposed to pay us 60 cents a pound but they mailed us a check for 100 dollars which was very unexpected. Great company with good business practices. We were very grateful and happy with them.

I cannot say enough bad things about World Wide Van Lines. I will try and keep this short. The estimate was way, way off. They hire out illegal foreigners to complete your move. The movers asked to sleep in my house. The stench from the movers was unbearable. WWVL &quot;forgot&quot; to mention to the subcontractor that my furniture was being stored for a week, so my price went up even more. WWVL will stop taking your calls as soon as they receive the deposit. My furniture still hasn't arrived because the subcontractor doesn't have the available trucks because they never knew about the storage. They refuse to tell me where my furniture is because I haven't paid yet. But I'm not paying until my furniture is delivered, as I paid for a full service move. The subcontractor tried to make me pay right away so they could just give me the keys to storage facility. Darryl Lawson, Operations Manager: 866-539-9985 x405 won't return my calls. Dispatch: x231 won't return my calls. I'm hiring an attorney.

Estimating weight was extremely poor. Truck size sent was not what was promised. Service after move from the company was poor. Actual moving men was satisfactory but that was all regarding this move. Highly unsatisfied.

I was extremely hesitant from the start with dealing with a mover that did not come to my home to see my inventory but the price that World Wide Van Lines gave me was very inviting! I had wonderful correspondance with Charles every time that I called he was there very confidently to answer my questions. (My wife had a lot of questions). We decided to engage World Wide Van Lines for our move. We were very happy with their service. There was a 4 man crew who protected our furniture perfectly. Dispatchers called to let us know the weight of our move as well as when they would be delivering! There were no hidden surprises and I would strongly recommend this company to everyone.

Tim at WWVL quoted me $1865, I ended up paying $4265. What a mess..inferior, shoddy, scam artist of a moving company was hired by WWVL to move my stuff. WWVL does not deserve to be in business. I believe they were involved in the scam as well as Lone Star Moving. DO Not use this company. My move was recent 9/09.

I totally agree with you. This is the same thing I am experiencing, I had given a deposit and at the time of moving the driver never responded and my uncle struggled so hard pushing them to get my stuff taken care off. I had horrible experience with WWL. My father came all the way to accompany for my move and travel, we had made reservations and in the last minute we had to cancel our boking and WWL never showed up and I had paied the deposit.
&quot;Never pay the Deposit, If you do then your are stuck with them&quot;.
Finally, the truck driver from a different company came but he was sent to pick our stuff as a contractor to WWL. He told about their CHEAP tactics. They said they would be delivering in 4-5 days, its already been half a month no one showed up,no one calls, and if you call they put you on hold or hang your phone or laugh at you some times. Haley ext 421 in dispatch, she never responds and I tried calling PHINDY ext 416 she never answers. They are sqeezing our pockets and they dont want to do their job..Thats sounds crazy. Phindy and Haley says please contact our manager and their manager never lifts the phone. I feel there is no one at that extension and these are making fun of everyone. HOrrible, nasty service. I read these reviews and never bothered about these to care of these but today I wish I had made decision right. Now with my personal response I urge everyone to read and make right decision.

World Wide Disaster,

We were suppose to be moved by Bobby, who did not show up and then finally we moved our stuff with Ken/ Dependable moving. When drivers arrived at our home, they mentioned they will go to Indianapolis and then they will go to Houston, TX. It would not possible to deliver that stuff on 7th, when we said we don't want to move then driver mentioned to call his Boss Ken and he mentioned that go ahead and sign contract, we'll deliver your stuff on Sunday, 7th June. Instead of that our stuff arrive on 10th of June and we had to post pone and cancel some flight tkt from Houston.

I was suppose to pay 900 $ for 4500 lb wt of my move. If it is less WWVL will pay me back and if it is more then I will pay them upfront. On 10th June ~ 8 15am I was called by WWVL about extra wt of our stuff and I was asked to pay $998 (900 + 98). I was told that total wt of truck was 22780 lbs (empty wt 18000 lbs + my stuff 4780 lbs) and our stuff weighed 4780 lbs so we have to pay difference of 280 lbs excess wt (our contract was 4500 lbs). Which was 98 $.

Anyway, when my wife weighed truck, it weighed only 20680 lbs so if empty truck wt is 18000 lbs then our stuff wt is only 2680 lbs and much less then 4500 lbs so we should not even pay 900 $ but pay less then 900 $. Now Ken/ Dependable moving calls and says empty truck wt is 14100 lbs so I have to pay for 2180 lbs (6680 lbs � 4500 lbs) extra. It did not make sense how Ken is calculating. Empty truck wt changed from 18000 to 14000 lbs in one day. Anyways we were threaten by Ken and drivers that unless we pay them upfront 1680 $ they would not unload stuff. I tried to explain to Ken it did not work out and I wasted my time. I was helpless since I was still in Springfield, MO and my wife, 1 yr baby, my senior citizen parents were in Pearland/ Houston, TX with movers.

This is not professional and also very unreasonable. We called WWVL multiple times to clarify this issue but WWVL Haley comes on phone and then put on hold without listening what we have to say. Ken also mentioned that he asked WWVL to call me or my wife. My wife also called and she was put on hold as well by Haley and she never called us back. I think Haley will only realise if someone else does this to her after getting deposit and money. As WWVL never came on phone, we had no choice but pay to Ken 1680 $ and get wt of empty truck done by our self. Even we paid for truck wt, that is not norm when we move. This was suppose to be done before loading truck at my house and after loading at my house in Springfield, MO.

WWVL need to have customer service after signing contract as well, it is not that once we provide money they never return call, including ext 421 haley, 401 steve and also customer service dept or despatch dept.

They put you on hold and then transfer you to ext where you can only leave msg, b4 transferring your call they even don't say where they are transferring and why they are transferring call. Also sometimes you hear what they talk about you if they forgot to put you on hold.

One thing is sure, I don't want to call you if don't have to. My time also has value and I also have full time job so no point not respecting my time.

They put you on hold for &gt; 15 mins without any communication and they just hang up. That's Haley. She did this 3 times without understanding WWVL responsibility to resolve that current issue. It is like she don't want to talk.

I think this needs to be improved and no one will do business if they know what kind of service WWVL and their subcontractors provides. There needs to be honesty and dependability to movers.

Anyways, while I am writing we still have to do wt of empty truck and lets see what happens.

This is unbelievable real life event.

I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. Their customer service is non-existent and their sales people are ruthless liars. They lie to you in order to get your business and once they have your money they do not answer the phones no matter how many times you leave messages adn once they finally do answer the phone and find out who you are they hang up the phone in your ear. Quoted us $1,500 for our move from Minnesota to Idaho ad when the non English speaking rude driver showed up (from a different moving company nonetheless) they load up our items and then say &quot;oh you are WAY over weight&quot; just by looking at our stuff and then nobody communicates with us for over a week to tell us anything and when they finally call us 10 days later it's to say we are an hour away and to have $4,300 CASH only waiting or your stuff is going to go into storage and there was nothing we could do about it. We paid their bullshit ransom and then found that about 50% of our items were rummaged through and damaged. This company is a true nightmare so when I read about people saying that the company took 7 days to deliver and the driver was 2 hours late, I wish that was my complaint...Those people have it good what we got was shafted and screwed in every which way. STAY AWAY from this company by all means they are horrible.
