Crooks, Oct 22, 2010

This is the worst company imagineable. My belongings were supposed to be delivered over a week ago and when I initially called, the salesperson Teresa Martin played dumb and handed the phone to Jaycob. She claimed to not know his last name. Anyway, he got on the phone and said angrily, "What do you want?". I said, "I want my furiture." He replied, "Don\'t be a smartass or I will hang up." I was able to get out, "I\'m a paying customer" before he hung up. They have lied to me everytime they open their mouth, the Jersey Village Police department, and to other people who I have had call. I\'ve filed reports with every organization I can think of including the US DOT. I have no idea if and when I will get my furniture, in the meantime me and my two little daughters are sleeping on the floor in North Carolina. BTW, I called a couple of days ago and asked Jaycob where my furniture is and he told me that he won\'t tell me and that I need a psychiatrist. I agree, kharma will take revenge on them.

GARBAGE COMPANY, Jun 28, 2009

I had a similar experience with cross America very shady with the weight tickets and the guys could hardly speak English which made it even harder to communicate. Spend a little more the stress and doubt is not worth it.

Cross America Scams Again, Jul 07, 2009
reviewer: James from Texas
Beware, Yakkov Krii aka Jaycob Krii of Cross America is back at it. Unfortunately for me, I was scammed by these guys. Classic scam, guaranteed a low price and then bam...the price doubled once they had our household goods. I\'ve filed complaints with BBB, Attorney General of Texas and the Surface Transportation Board (STB.) It\'s only been a week or so with my complaint through the STB, afterwards small claims court is in my future. Anyone else have any additional recommendations on things to do?
