Do not use this company, Feb 11, 2017

DO NOT use this company. The driver and his crew seem to have misplace many, many boxes. I called to complain and was told I took too long. But they saw me coming. I moved from a large home up north to a storage place down south. So they knew the boxes were not going to be opened any time soon. It did take a long time to fix up the house I bought and to get the mortgage. Small antiques and baseball memorabilia are gone, all my Father's and husband's army treasures are gone. all gone. I was told to fill out a form listing items, it took forever to figure out how to enter the items. Now I see most of the list is missing. I am over 65, and a widow, and I cannot sleep, I keep seeing my stuff. These men even charged me for trash. What trash? I didn't pack trash. There is no record of a weighing at a weigh station. The weight is padded. A 100+year old table was taken apart, when I said not to. We are looking, internet, pawn shop etc. One item will turn up. This is not over

I have never used a mover to move a few pieces of furniture before. From the very beginning the staff on the phone took me through the process step by step. I felt very comfortable from the very start that my things would be moved with care. The gentlemen who came to my home were equally as professional and it was a great surprise to see them at the other end of the delivery. Everyone was so polite always professional. I would highly recommend National Van Lines and would use them again in a heart beat,

I know moving companies can be a hit or miss and the performance truly lies with the driver and the team loading/ unloading the truck. I had a terrible experience with United Van Lines and hence I chose to go with National and their agent in FL (JOE BONNIE & SONS). I was very pleased with the service, nothing was damaged, priced perfectly and the shipment arrived a little later than I hoped for but within the delivery window that was quoted. Special thanks to the driver, Thomas Kerekes. He truly cares about ensuring that your stuff arrives safely!

Good Experience with Nationwide, Feb 26, 2013

We had a very good experience with nationwide Van Lines. From the initial phone call with Racheal Skolnik, from pick up to delivery of items, everything went as explained. Rachel was wonderful (great customer service) from the beginning to the end, as was the delivery crew of Eric, Victor, and Liel. They wrapped and moved our furniture with care. I would certainly use and/ or recommend Nationwide Van Lines in the future.

National Van Lines: Lost boxes, possible theft by employees, Oct 23, 2012

DO NOT Move with National Van Lines. They deceived us into buying consumer insurance and protection and then proceeded to lose multiple boxes from our move, scarred up floors and walls in both our pick-up and destination and broke many delicate items like my wife's jewelry. When we tried to contact them, they did not respond at all. No emails, no phone calls returned, nothing.Finally I had to email their CEO who did not respond, but I was able to get a hold of Gerry Mundt, VP of finance. He claimed that the paperwork was filled out correctly, even though we were able to prove that multiple papers were actually forged by the driver and members of the National's moving team. DO NOT MOVE with this company if you want to receive all your household items at your destination. Finally, we are investigating possible theft by their movers. We lost $15,000 worth of jewelry that they packed and loaded and an investigation is pending.
